12. |
IMMOVABLE PROPERTY |

|
All
immovable property belonging to or may at any time be
acquired by the Association shall be vested in and be
transferred into the name of the Association
|

13. |
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |

13.1 |
An
Auditor shall be appointed who shall be elected at
the Biennial General Meeting
|
| |
|
13.2 |
Duly
audited Financial Statements shall be prepared by the
Auditor each year
|
| |
|
13.3 |
The
Financial year of the Association shall end on the 31
March in each year |
